
Be Prepared Before You Call
The following will expedite your service call
- Call 911
Interstate, Highway or Blocking Traffic - Make sure you are in a safe place.
- Find your membership Card or Number
- Identify the reason for the breakdown
- Does the car engine turn over?
- Does the steering wheel move
- Can you put the car in neutral?
( This will determine what kind of service Vehicle is sent ) - If a flat tire do you have a spare?
- Determine your location
1. Use Google Maps or Ask Siri Your Location
2. Use the Address of a home, business name or landmark - If a tow, destination address – (Shop-Home etc.)
- Car Info : Year, manufacturer, Model and Color

MAKING YOUR SERVICE CALL – NOTE: some service companies utilize apps and encourage members to use them. If you do not already have the app or feel uncomfortable placing your order this way ask to wait for a customer service representative. This is not the time to learn a new system.
