Please carry your membership car with you at all times. You really don’t want to spend an extra 15-20 minutes on the roadside while your provider researches for your account.

Membership Tips

  • Don’t procrastinate – You may need service today
  • You can’t buy Roadside Service and use it the same day
    ( Some Companies will provide service for an extra Fee )
  • Make sure you have the DIRECT phone number to roadside service
    ( Don’t spend time navigating a corporate Phone Menu )
  • Set up a Cell Phone contact for your Roadside Service Information
  • Keep your Information up to date with your provider
  • If you loose your card have them send you another
  • Make sure your account is current ( Paid Up )
  • You can’t share your membership with others including family
    ( Example: Son or Daughter can’t use mom’s account )
  • If you have a group plan make sure everyone has their own card
  • Every member of your group has a separate account number
  • Members must be with the car that needs service
    ( There are Exceptions like accidents, Illness and weather )
  • Make sure you are covered if you travel to another state
  • QUESTIONS – Require your service agent to explain all the of services provided and limitations ( The important question is “how many miles of towing are allowed with my membership?” )
